Requirements
The follow are requirements for the GetHelp System:

An Arexx capable Amiga

lha in your path - get it from Aminet

A supported Browser - currently tested only IBrowse and
AWeb 3.1Demo.
Should work with Voyager as long as its MIME handler can
pass arguments like IBrowse and AWeb.
